KR in cells 14 and 15

KR in cells 14 and 15 I recently completed my LS1 swap for the 5.3 in my 2000 Tahoe. After adjusting the IFR to 96% to fatten it up, I have alleviated almost all KR (less than 1) except for cells 14, 15 and 22. Cell 22 is small enough (less than 3 and pretty infrequent) that I am not really concerned about it until I rent some dyno time. I know that these are PE cells and I was looking for some advice on the best way to tune these. Since PE changes the fuel multiplier, what kind of changes (how big/small) are typical? Since I am getting into cells 14 and 15 at part throttle, around 2000 RPM, would I be better off tuning MAF at those frequencies?

Re: KR in cells 14 and 15 I am using the truck PCM, intake, injectors, etc... I would be happy to post some log data if anyone wants to help.
My thought is to richen it up through PE but want to know how the multiplier effects the mixture.

Re: KR in cells 14 and 15 My O2's are very low while in those cells, ~750. I'll try making some changes there again. Last time I did, my idle started surging. How PE effects idle is beyond me.
