Default Should I be tuning with MAF or Injector Pulse?

Before I continue any further. Am I correct in adjusting the MAF table to get my LTFT's negative? I took a few runs(4 runs of about 5,000 points), averaged cells 6-14, and came up with about +5.5 average. I scaled the table by 105.5. I have not atap'd again due to the rain, but I just want to double check that I shouldn't be doing this using the injector flow rate table. There seems to be some contraversy here about this. I have mods below (216/220 cam, airlid, catback)--No headers, stock MAF.

Please re-assure me that the MAF table is the way to go!

Thanks,
Dennis

don't mess with injector flow rate inless you have bigger injectors maf is what you want to tune with and you are right with setting it at about 106% for your ltft.
