A4 / TCS-ABS / TPS - wierd behavior ? Help !

A4 / TCS-ABS / TPS - wierd behavior ? Help ! I'm trying to figure out some wierd behavior on my car, please help if you can :

Basically TCS comes on intermittently. When it comes on there is major power loss and the TCS button will not turn it on/off. The only code that has been thrown was TPS performance, so I replaced the throttle pos sensor. The light is still coming on. The problem usually happens while sitting at a stoplight or with the A/C on. I'm also having problems with WOT downshifting even when the TCS light is working correctly.
Anyone have a clue ?
