Re: throttle postions code...what gives?
DTC P0121 Throttle Position Sensor Circuit Insufficient Activity.
There cannot be any MAP or TP DTCs set
The coolant temp is greater than 0*C
The run time is greater than 10 seconds
The IAC is between 0 and 255
The MAP is less than 55kPa or Greater than 65kPa
Map is steady
Condition for setting the DTC;
The predicted throttle angle does not match the actual throttle angle.
Check your Idle Position Sensor.

Re: throttle postions code...what gives?
Doh!
Sorry, I meant Throttle Pos Sensor. My bad.
I know the BBK has guides so the TPS cannot be adjusted like older cars. Try resetting the PCM to force the computer to relearn. Pull the PCM BATT and PCM IGN, turn ign on (acc not start) and off let sit for about 1 min and replace fuses. Also make sure your throttle and cruise cables are adjusted properly. If you adjusted the idle screw or cables to get your IAC count down this will also set this DTC.
