What program will measure duty rate on injectors?
Look at the values for your Injector Pulsewidth in the upper RPM range. Use the chart below as a guide. If you are running above 80% duty cycle, it would be a good idea to go with bigger injectors...
RPMs 80%
3000 32 ms
3500 27 ms
4000 24 ms
4500 21 ms
5000 19 ms
5500 17 ms
6000 16 ms
6500 15 ms
7000 14 ms
7500 13 ms
8000 12 ms
Tommy
maxpw (maximum injector pulse width) = 2/rpms (2 revolutions to complete 4 stroke cycle)
injdc (injector duty cycle) = injpw*100/maxpw
so...
injdc
= (injpw*100)/(2/(rpm/60000))
= (injpw*100)/(120000/rpm)
= injpw*rpm/1200
That's where the 1200 comes from

You could set this up as a calculated PID in EFILive and log the injector duty cycle as just another parameter.
