PCM question

PCM question I have a question regarding the whole PCM thing im pulling the motor do to the fact that i spun a main bearing. Well of course since i did this im gunna pull the motor and rebuild it with goodies i was planing on cam heads and maybe a little higher compression then intake and headers. Now i know for a fact im going to have to have the PCM tuned but is there a way i can go about sending the PCM in and just having somone tune it to the specs of the motor and what not thanks in advance for any help regarding this 
sorry if its a dumb question but im only use to working on old motors and this new stuff to me is a whole new adventure so any help is appreciated
