VE table tuning question??
I know when tuning the VE table you disable the MAF, etc...and once you make any changes, you drive around to get an average on your fuel trims. My question is about my car specifically. Say I want to tune my VE tables but my car has a 5k stall which is not very practical as far as driving it "x" number of miles to get an average trim number....what would be the best way to tune the car? It is a track only car. Is dyno tuning the only option in this case?

I have a wideband but the problem is driving the car on the street with a 5k stall and
th350 is a PITA!! And it is not very practical. So driving around on the street tuning the car is not really an option. So do you tune the car in open loop still?

The car doesn't leave the line at 5k rpm....Besides I was just asking a question and that didn't seem to answer it. The car has been dyno tuned at WOT. I was just using my car as an example.

You're right...drivability is not the biggest issue. I am just going to do some more tuning after I swap out the LS6 to a FAST and this question just popped in my head. Not that I am going to be driving around doing it on "my" car, I just wanted to know. Thanks
