Default Basic LTFT question

If I'm running 7 with the maf plugged in is that ok or too rich, too lean?
Basically I need to know what numbers mean it's rich and which mean lean.

I have all my notes at home, I drove a 1200 mile trip and decided to log a basic highway run and the LTFT's go up to 7.
I seem to remember reading to get them close to 4.
It hasn't been tuned in a while, last time it was tuned I tried getting the LTFT's close to 4 but they would always go back to wherever they wanted.
I gave up on that and tuned to what my wideband said was ok.
I have timing advanced +4 the whole table.
I did a google search, searched here, searched HPTuners, and can't find this simple answer.

PS I averaged 25 mpg the whole trip, FWIW and it's getting 18 MPG city.
Car in sig.

Positive LTFT's - fuel is being added due to a lean condition
Negative LTFT's - fuel is being subtracted due to a rich condition
