HP Tuners throwing codes, help please

Anyone happen to know what these codes are? They are generating in my DTCs, I have looked around and cant understand anything about these

[Brake] U1000 - Class 2 Communication Malfunction (History)
[Restraints] B1001 - Option Configuration Error (History) (Immature)
[Restraints] U1000 - Class 2 Communication Malfunction (History) (Immature)
[Restraints] U1016 - Loss of Class 2 Communication with VCM (History) (Immature)

These codes show up when you program your computer.They will go away eventually.
