Default SES light is killing me...

OK- I installed Hooker LT's and ORYP. I had problems from day one with the SES light coming on. It has always been an 1133 code or the other one (insufficient heating) I think it's a 0135 or something. Anyway, I've done everything, replaced O2's, replaced gaskets, replaced clamps on y-pipe, and replaced the O2 extensions. Is there anything I am missing ?
As time goes on the light comes on less frequently, but it still comes on about every 100 to 150 miles and stays on for about 50 to 75 miles before going back off. If I go on a long trip, the light will go off and stay off. It seems to only come on during city commmuting where there is a constant rpm change from idle to driving range. I have gone as long as 600 miles without it coming on, but almost immediately after doing city driving it came back on. Also it doesn't seem to come on when I take it out for the weekend to race and romp on it. I'll go home on Friday and reset the PCM before I go out. It will usually stay off until Monday or Tuesday when I go back to normal driving.
Any ideas of where to look?

Yeah i think your missing ur o2 simulators! just got my jet hot lt headers and im gonna be puttin on the o2 sims for the rear sensors so the ses doesnt trigger.

I have had rear O2 simms and when the cam went in, I had them turned off during reprogramming.

Check your fuel trims on intown driving. It sounds like you are getting carbon deposits due to an over-rich condition. Deposits can be burned off by running the engine at part throttle for at least two minutes.
Next time you get a SES, try running the car at part throttle for about 5 minutes and see if it clears. If it does, your too rich.

I think that is the propblem. Thank you. What is a good A/F ratio to shoot for on a N/A car? I don't want to run fat just to be safe, but I also don't want to be playing on the edge. If 13.2 is too lean, and 12.7 is too fat, then I would prefer 13.0.
I just don;t know what is the proper A/F ratio. I think the guy that did the tuning (Chris @ SpeedDemon) did a good job. The car runs incresinly for a cam only car, but it has always seemed a little rich down low.
Now that I put the 4.30 gear in, I am constanlty at higher RPM's which would explain why the light doesn't come on as much anymore. As a matter of fact is hasn't come on in the last 200 miles since I posted this.
Should I see about leaning it out any more?

i just installed my Hooker LT and Y pipe and got two codes p1133 and p1153.. I called casper the maker of the o2sims and he asked me to replace my passenger side 02. So i did. I went to a local shop and had them clear the codes ... To this day i have not got a code! Thx to caspers Tech. Dept
