I have never had my SES light come on before, the car has 40,000 miles. I changed my ugly stock gauges to white gauges. After the install I drove the car for about 10 miles then the SES light came on and has been on since. Obviously I had to take out the gauge cluster to install the new gauges. Maybe it thinks I tampered with the miles? What can I do to make it go away!!!

 

ttt I'm about to change mine too is this the norm for taking them out?

 

goto any autoparts store or your dealer and see what the SES is coming from. May be something bad, or just a loose gas cap.
