Not really impossible.
You would need to put a resistor in place of the ECT to do that. And that might mess with your AFR.
Depends on the OS but most OS's will pull timing when hot and add timing when cold. Probably enough to do what you want. The change is on the order of -5 to 5 degrees from dead cold to hot.
IAT wouldn't much mess with AFR but you can't get that kind of change.
Maybe couple tweaking the ECT temp with a resistor and AFR with a maf translator will get you there.

It will cause more problems than that... all you can do is slam the scale (again, ECT) to the low side to have it add timing but an undesireable thing will occur; the car won't go into closed loop because of perceived temp.
