Default Lowering idle w/ LS1 Edit

When I had my cam installed, the technician raised my idle about 200RPM using LS1 Edit. Now I want to see how it runs/sounds if I lower the idle about 100RPMs. I have LS1 Edit now, but I'm not sure which tables I should make the change in. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

under engine, go to the idle+limiters tab, then click idle speed. You can edit the in gear with AC off, and in park with AC off. If he raised you AC tables you can lower them also. I just mainly edit the grids from 68 degrees on over, cause the car hardly ever see's any lower temps during the summer. But you get the idea. That table controls the idle, so just lower the cells by 200

Thanks. I'll give it a try.
