Default Car keeps stalling when coming to a stop after FAST intake install.

Like the title says, I installed a FAST 90/90 and the car idles perfectly when you start the car, but once you hit the throttle and start to drive, the rpm's drop to 200-300 and end up stalling the car.

Here's my tune and a log from today showing the rpms dropping and the car stalling. It's currently in speed density as I'm working on fueling, but running out of time before the weather has changed, so I have to go back to square one now that the temps have dropped significantly.

Thanks for the help.

Increasing the final idle airflow at and below the idle RPMs worked for a similar problem for me.

I'm not sure if this helps, but I'm a six speed.

Kelp, are you using HP tuners, if so, can you put up a screen shot of where you are talking about. I looked at the idle airflow and didn't see anything related to rpm, it was idle airflow vs. engine temp. Maybe I was looking at the wrong table.

Try this, use your compare to see what was changed, idle and airflow related tables. Also, if your VE is off down low (rich in a cell or so) it can contribute to this also.

Well, thanks to some help from Frost and a member from HPtuners.com, I was able to start to correct the stalling issue. I also found a small mistake I had made. I had logged a whole days worth of driving and edited the VE table and was wondering why I was still really rich down low and kind of lean in the mid range.... well when I changed the VE table, I forgot to recopy the main VE table (where I made the changes) to the secondary VE table which is where you hit when in speed density mode.

Lessons learned I guess. No big deal. I'm only able to spend a few minutes each week on the car with the new baby that I forget to do things, like put in only one contact one day.

Thanks again for the help. I took the car out last night to pick up dog food and it only stalled pulling out of the driveway. It was fine for the rest of the time.

Thanks again.
