Default The Big Question!

I have a 2000 Trans Am, and its geting a turbo kit installed in it soon, i am planing not running cats, EGR, AIR, etc. I have a guy who will do the inspection on the computer, and thats it, he won't give it the visiual inspection (he knows what i am doing with the tune, and no cats.). I am in NYS, and we do not have a sniffer. If i get a tune done to my car(EFIlive), and its correct will i pass the inspection? Kind of like fooling the computer?
If i wont pass, why? Please, i could use all the help i can get!

Thank you!

The short answer is, yes, you will be fine. The long answer is, the internet is forever, don't post the intention of committing a federal crime on a public forum. At least give some vague reference to "off road use only". Even though most people never think about it, even a simple cat delete could technically be a 10 year vacation in a federal facility of someone else's choice.
