ses p0141 bank 1 sensor 2-Help!

ses p0141 bank 1 sensor 2-Help! My 99 Camaro SS w/Mac mids/Mac catted Y and 4 yr old o2 sims threw this code(p0141)recently.I had a friend clear it,but it came back.So,assuming that the bank 1 sensor 2 sim was bad,I replaced it.SES light still on.What gives?
