Just a quick question, yes I have tried search and have'nt found a correct answer just people answering about something they don't know for sure. Anyway I have a 95 lt1 and have ordered tuner and def. file I already have a cable that I use from hp tuner for my 99 so is there anything else needed to tune the 95? Yes I have e-mailed tunercat and it seems after some company's get your money thats all there concerned about, so they have'nt answered me back and it's been a week.

You need a different cable than the HPT one to tune your car. Its a different interface completely.
Theres a link on tunercat.com to AKM cables I believe. They have the one you need.
Went and checked and the link is not there. So, did the dirty work for you. http://www.akmcables.com/ic.htm
Its cable number one I believe. If you're doing alot of tuning, just get the one that has both OBD1 and OBD2 cables.
Also check out www.monodax.com for some tunercat help.

Need any other help, feel free to PM. I've been using TC for years.
