Tuning??
Tuning?? I'am thinking of getting a custom tune for my car and was wanting to know if it will make a difference at the track. The car ia a 99 ws6 that has duals with race bullets(no headers),custom lid, ported and polished throttle body, most of the free mods, and TCI 3000 stall with the trans go hd-2 shift kit. It ran 8.32@86 MPH before I ported the throttle body. How much more would I get out of it by getting it tuned for the mods I have right now?

If you dont have it tuned for the mods you have right now...
Then I would say you will do significantly better.
Basically if you are running with your mods right now, but have not tuned anything in, I would think that you will pick up a few tenths from the tune.
I am running 100 shot of N2O, but 1 of my passes I did was without the N2O playing around and I ended up running a 8.34 @ 87.. I think that was my MPH.. I am at work so not for sure on the MPH.. but the time is correct..
I have lid, 3.73 gears, minor tune, and 100 shot...
On the shot I have recently pulled my times down alot... But without the shot I can pull that time..
So I would have to say you should pick up a bunch.....
But I am no pro.. I am just saying from the experience I have recently had...
