SES light Flashes at end of track, but no code

SES light Flashes at end of track, but no code I was running at IRP last night and a couple of runs the SES light came on at the end of the track. But when I ran AutoTap there were no codes. I did it on two runs. I always seem to do it in 3rd and 4th. Could it be valve float?
