Default Log Works question

I have my LC1 setup and working fine through my HP tuners. I am getting a reading and error percentage and all that good stuff. My problem is, when I try to compare it to the Log Works that came with the wide band, I get a no real time data box that pops up. What have I not done. The Log Works is setup for the LC1, any suggestions?

You did buy the DB-9 cable if you are using USB right?

If that's the cable that adapts the serial port to USB, then yes. I had to buy it to set up my wideband.

Okay, it's working now. Did nothing different, yet it works. New problem: my Log Works is showing considerably leaner than my scan in HP tuners. At idle it varies anywhere from dead on, to .5, to a full 1.0. Now what would be causing the discrepancy?
