8 codes, help!

8 codes, help! Ok, so I've always had a few codes from no rear o2 and no smog pump but it snowed today and my car is running like crap. Rich as hell, misfiring, etc. My o2 extensions aren't sealed, they are just wires connected by a crimp connector, so I wonder if water got in there and caused problems.
Here are my codes:
P0300: Random Misfire
P0134: o2 inactive bank 1 sensor 1
p0140: o2 inactive bank 1 sensor 2
p0153: o2 slow bank 2 sensor 1
p0160: o2 inactive bank 2 sensor 2
p0410: missing smog pump
p1153: insufficient o2 bank 1 sensor 1
p1133: insufficent o2 bank 1 sensor 1
I'd appreciate any ideas, I can't stand to run my car like this. It shakes like crap and under a load bogs. If I WOT (closed loop) then it runs ok a little bit after but it smells and drives rich as hell.

Does anyone have a clue what is wrong here? My car is running like crap and I've sealed the connections to the o2's to ensure that no water gets in but it's still extremely rich. My plugs looked fine though.
