need help pleaasssse ok i was driving home on the freeway and my ses light started flashing, its been on because i dont have cats. but my car start shacking when i got on the gas, when i got off the freeway there was a little white smoke coming out my tail pipes and the light would stop flashing at an idel. i changed my spark plugs and my o2 sensors and its still doing this and it has never over heated and it has normal temp and the oil is fine please help???

Have u had a tune since u deleted the cats (assuming not because you said he had a light because of it)? The flashing ses is a random misfire code. Possibly because u haven't turned the COT off and fouled out the plugs due to the excess fuel that has been put out to compensate for the COT because the cats aren't there. I say a tune and new plugs would do wonders for you.
