o2 sensor heater malfunction? My g/f has a '04 vette that we put some longtube kooks stainless steel headers on it. My problem is that from what i understand that stainless steel headers dissipate heat out of the tubes faster than what a coated header will. So my question is what do i do to help heat the element faster in the o2 sensor? The sensors were replaced with factory OEM sensors from the dealer 9 months ago and they are the weird pigtails that aftermarket suppliers do not make.
