SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT WILL FLASH WHEN CAR REACHES 75 MPH, BUT WILL QUIT FLASHING AND NOT STAY ON WHEN SPEED REDUCED TO 70??

flashing MIL light normally is telling you of multi misfires. You have to put a PCM scanner on and find out which DTC error code it is and if it is a pending or current code.

If you havent done it in a while, you need to anyway, but this might help: Change your fuel filter, spark plugs, and wires, then fill her up with 93 octane and a bottle of fuel injector cleaner.
