Diablo Predator performance tune download help

Diablo Predator performance tune download help I am trying to download a performance tune from Diablosport, from my PC to my Predator. The file I was emailed is named with my VIN number with the end file extension ".3cl". Every time I try to download the file to my programmer it is not recognized. It seems the only file recognized is a upload.crg file. I tried renaming the new tune with the .crg extension but that didnt work.
Do I need to rename the WHOLE new performance tune with the name "upload.crg"?
Any help figuring this out would be most appreciated.

Re: Diablo Predator performance tune download help I think it may be a vendor error. I have seen the files they email and they are named the vin.crg and once you oopen email, right click, save as, and place in a file somewhere (I use a folder in my doc's "car tunes"). Open the Interface, and select top right option....PC to predator when you do the dialog box should open allowing you to choose the vin.crg do so, and then hit enter on the diablo under options/pc comm. You may try to contact the vendor and let them know. I know it is slow and a PITA at times, but once you get it, its worth it. Who do you go through?? James?

Re: Diablo Predator performance tune download help I have been talking to Johan, who is very cool and helpful. I just emailed him but am itching to get this new tune in my truck. 
Maybe I am doing something wrong when trying to download the file? I tried renaming the file with my vin.crg. Then I went into the PC software and clicked on "performance file". The vin.crg file appears with another file called upload.crg. When I click on the vin.crg file I get an error message on my pc saying something like invalid format?
Anyway no big deal I am sure Johan will get back to me sometime soon.
