secondary air injection

I can't remember the code, but it said secondary air injection valve A malfunction, Does anybody know what this means and how series it is. Thanks

Sounds like it might be P0412. Secondary AIR codes aren't serious and you can drive the car. Check and see if the AIR PUMP fuse under the hood is blown.

Mine would pull both the 0410 and 0412. check gearchatter in the stickies.
I think it might be the air valve on the pass. side just under the cowl. It has vacum lines that operate it so check them too.
