which tune do I need?

or maybe both? I had got a few month's back a Yank 4200 stall and long tube headers with true duals and bullet mufflers so do I need just a tranny tune or a tune for the exhaust as well?

Chances are the Long tube headers are making your car run rich from what I have seen. To get the full amount of HP out of those headers a tune for the headers would be a good thing to get done.
