Default 99 MAF on 01 Z28?

I need to do a comparison of a factory MAF to my ported unit and the only one I can get ahold of (without it costing me anything) is a 99.

Are all the MAFs the same or did they get changed over the years?

i believe 2000 was the change date. slp sells theirs 98-00 and 01-02.

Are the housings the same? I believe they might be, if so, you could switch your maf "electronics" into the 99's "ends" and test that way.

But what are you going to "test" on the 2?

Ryan.

I have a ported (and supposedly recalibrated) MAF. I don't think it is calibrated right so I need to see what my LTrims do with a factory MAF.

thanks
