Default Disable Lockup???

Ive already searched!!!

Can you completely diable the lockup on a stall convertor with Hp tuners??

Sure can. Max out the TCC Apply/Release Speed Vs. TPS Vs. Gear tables.

Thanks, What about if I wanted to have the convertor lockup at highway speeds only (i.e. 70 mph)?

Then max out the speeds for gears 1-3 and change it to 70 in 4th gear instead. Which i would at least do 60 because if you do 70 then every little decrease in MPH under 70 it will come unlocked and personally it would get annoying to me.
