LC-1 problems?

LC-1 problems? Has anybody else had problems with these units? I just got mine installed and it worked for about 3 mins. correctly and then went crazy. Now its to the point where the led doesn't light up and nothing happens what so ever. I checked all my wires and grounds and all are good. When I have the key to run the adapter where the wideband plugs into the unit one of the middle pins are still hot so i know it has power just no feedback! What are innovates warranty's like? Do they usually take care of their customers? I'd really hate to spend another $250 on a wideband since i just bought one! 
im having the same probl, ive also checked my wiring 3 times and i cant see anywhere i went wrong. ive been trying to diagnose the problem for 3 weecks now. also when i got my kit i didnt recieve the db9 cable but they were nice enough to send it to me after i sent them (innovate motorsports) an e-mail. i would say check the forum if you havent done so already. after searching for a bit im feeling convinced that my grounds are the cause of my problem so ill be checking that tommorow.
