383 Tune???????
383 Tune??????? Can someone take a look at this tune. A friend of mine got his 383 tuned and he is not convinced it is a good tune. I gave him my opinion, and he wants other opinions...........
Well, based on the fact that he tuned it as a 5.7 liter, I would say its not a good tune.
He did tune the VE table, but its skewed so far outta whack because he never changed the displacement, that I think the whole thing needs to be redone. As in start from scratch.
Also the IFR is 52.39 across the board and that doesnt seem right.
What kinda car? What kinda cam? More details?

It completely needs to be retuned.
Thanks for the input. It's that my friend has taken his car to 2 different shops for tuning and they can never get it right. I guess we'll just have to tune it ourselves...............
The VE table is so freegin far off its ridiculous. If 2 shops have tried to do anything with it, except for starting over from stock, yeah, you need to go somewhere else.
1st start from scratch with a stock tune.
2nd set the injector flow rate, and displacement to what they should be.
Then, start tuning.
