Default probably a dumb question...

ok i know this is probably a dumb question, but if i take my battery out of my car, is my tune lost? is there a period of time that i have to hook it back up before it is lost?

The longer answer is that your fuel trims (the adjustments your computer can make for the tune being off) will reset. The actual tune is stored in flash memory that is NOT dependent on a voltage source. If your tune sucks, and is relying on trims to fuel properly, disconnecting the battery WILL make a difference. If you are worried about LOSING your tune, DON'T, it stays put.
