Misfiring problem HELP

Misfiring problem HELP My car has been running fine forever then yesterday we got about an inch or two of RAIN and my g/f drove it a couple places also on a half flooded road
So i get in it today andwhen i drove it, it was misfiring caring on and boggin out n ****. Ran DTC's and got P1133,P0300, and P0118 which i have never had those codes before i've always had the P0420 and P0430. I just changed the plugs on my header install about 3 months ago. Please help!!!!
