No spark please read Im trying to get my 71 chevelle turbo ls1 started. I Have no spark, the pink wires at the coilpacks is getting juice and when i turn the key the pump goes on for 2 secs. Do I have to have a maf sensor hooked up and i also dont have a map sensor hooked up because it broke. Is this my problem? Im using stock computer with wait4me tune and wireharness.
The connector you are asking about is probably your cam sensor and it will never start without it hooked up. You shouldn't need the maf at all if it's a wait4me tune. You need to connect the cam sensor and repair the map before you try running it.
It wont start until you hook up that crank sensor and cam sensor and map sensor. Those are 3 important sensors. That one near the bottom needs to be plugged in to the sensor behind the starter.
