TPS voltage on a VETTE-Autotap

TPS voltage on a VETTE-Autotap On my Vette, with a GM ASA computer, my throttle position reads up to 100% just like it should, buy my TPS voltage is pegged on 0. I swapped to another throttle body, and it still reads 0.
Is this normal for the fly-by-wire cars, something unique to my ASA computer, or is there something wrong. Car runs fine, and is setting no TPS codes.

Personally, if you aren't setting any MAF, MAP, or TPS codes, then I wouldn't sweat it (considering your computer).
