Default running very lean

Since I got gas on Sat night the car has been running very lean on one of the fuel trims. I have a predator to read live data and the lower of the two long trims is a negative +12 up to +25. I had a code p0717 lean bank one sat so I changed the fuel filter yesterday and the code didn't come back and the live data was good for 20-30 mins. I have no other codes. I swapped 02's front to rear and nothing changed and also benched tested them and there good. The passenger side 02's were black with carbon which I burned off. I pulled a few spark plugs and on both sides and there showing lean. I tried another maf and tested for vacuum leaks and nothing. I'm gonna get a can of seafoam and dump that in the gas tank. What is going on?

Nope I actually reloaded the stock tune Sat to see if there was a problem with a the tune. Good news is the seafoam seems to be helping. After a long drive on he highway the long trims are now reading close to one another.
