Help coil question asap please!!!

Help coil question asap please!!! Ok a friend of mine is having a problem and im stuck. Ok he is throwing the coil #1 SES light and he checked it for spark and no spark out of that plug. So i told him to go buy a new coil and he did and still the same. No spark just on #1 any ideas????

I'm just guessing here and you'll probably get some better answers soon, but in the mean time...
Have you tried swapping a plug wire?
Have you checked the wiring to the coils? I don't remember ecaxtly how they're wired, but i beleive there's a 12v hot, a ground and a signal...if you can check one that works and start comparing.
That's my best guess.
