Running rich on one bank

Running rich on one bank I have a 2000 trans am with the ls6 intake manifold and custom exhaust with the rear o2 sensors disabled. i had the modification performed in 2005 and i had a ls1 with edit computer installed. i was driving on the highway back in 2006 for a while and i stopped got gas and when i got going again it was running so rich that the only way that my engine would not sputter is if i flored it. well it turned out that the computer crashed. i installed my stock computer and it has been running great for about a year and a half. then a couple of days ago it seems to be running very rich at idle and at a constant speed and would only run good if i started accelerating hard. i changed my plugs and the passenger bank plugs were had a heavy build up on them. i only had them in for a year and a half and maybe at the most put on 10,000 miles on them. the driver side bank's plugs were free of the buildup that was on the passenger side plugs. after i replaced the plugs my car ran good for about 20 miles and them it started acting up again. i am receiving the codes 0134 0154 which is 02 sensor circuit no activity detected bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1 respectively. and i am receiving a 0155 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 2 sensor 1. also i am receiving 0405 fault exhaust gas recirculation sensor A circuit low. when i had my exhaust and intake manifold done it basically fell under the 01-02 setup without the egr to my knowledge so i am not sure why that code would be there. i think that the problem could be either the 02 sensor being bad or the computer for some reason is going out. if you have any information that could help me solve the problem i would greatly appreciate it.
