Drilling the TB is only going to effect the idle, as the blade will open with TP%. I have a 11/32" (your using a 6/32" for a bigger cam) hole drilled in mine for a smaller cam, take it for what it is worth. You may want to try drilling a second hole, rather than one BIG one. start with a 1/8" just remember to go a 1/32" at a time and let the car settle after drilling.
Good-luck.

just get AutoTap out and see where the IAC is at now.....
then one at a time, drill a little larger and a little larger till the IAC comes down into the 30s.....
Like CAT3 suggested, I have two smaller holes instead of one big one.....don't know if it really matters but I felt I had more control over the sizing that way.....

Re: IAC's how else can i get them lower
My old Windows version 1.10 has the correct IAC count.
I too have two holes for more adjustablilty. I have a 13/64 main hole and I'm pretty sure my second hole is a 5/64.
My car did not start to idle really well till my IACs were in the low-mid 20 range. Every car is different, but it seems that A4s idle better with lower IACs than M6 cars. I've seen M6 cars idle perfect with bigger cams than mine and smaller holes at the same idle rpm with IAC counts in the 40-50 range. When I was in the 40 range, my car would barely warm start at all. Now I'm at 23-25 and it's great.
