Default SES P0410 need solution

I have been having this for some time now.
I got a code reader and this is what I found on freeze frame for the P0410 code.
Fuel sys1 OL-drive
sys2 OL-drive
ECT (F) 192
STFT B1 (%) -42.9
LTFT B1 (%) 3.9
STFT B2 (%) -42.9
LTFT B2(%) -0.7
map inHg 11.8
RPM 1499
Speed 64
MAF lb/min 2.822
TPS (%) 11.7

I looked at some history for codes and P0160 comes up bank2 sensor 2 and
P1637 Lterminal circuit.
I had a bad alternator that I changed out due to Voltage reg and the SES light was off afterwards. I had unhooked the Battery so the codes got erased.

I also viewed some live data just idling and the bank one second O2 was .05 volts and bank 2 second O2 was .700 volts.

Bad passenger cat or bad O2? And if it was one of these, why doesn't those codes show up??

Help me please

P0410 is a secondary AIR code - is the pump coming on during cold starts? Check the AIR PUMP fuse under the hood for an open.

I should have added that the air pump works and pumps air and it makes it through the valve because I have checked it at exhaust manifolds and I have replaced the check valves.
I see nothing wrong with the air system at all.
It had problems before with plastic locking up the pump and getting water in it making the fuse blow but it works all the time now.
It has been doing this for a year, I fixed the air pump and then the alt whent bad which I thought would fix it but it still comes up.

No one can tell me if there is something odd here?

What voltage should I get at the second 02s? Hot? cold?

what should I see in STFT fluctuation in closed and open loop?

Any tests I could do?
