my car shut off today? ok, i was just crusin down the road and decided i needed to go fast and have some funn so did that not very fast just 110 or so then started to slow down for this turn comin up and about halfway into the turn i goin about 70 my car decides to shut off and i get jurked into the other lane good thing no one was comin or i would be dead i was just wondering what would've caused this. after that i stopped and it started first try like normal so im curious. any info would be very helpful.
Re: my car shut off today? Well, I can't that I have ever had that happen... Do you have Auto-tap? There are certain codes that do not set the MIL. I have seen a back fire trick the MAF and Kill an engine. Maybe thats what happened.
Like I said, Auto-tap it and see if it says anything.
