Where do you buy LS1 edit?

Who sells ls1 edit? and do you have to have a laptop to tune or can you pull the pcm out and tune it on a home pc? I know these are pretty trival questions but i do not know much about LS1 edit (yet)

carputing is the only place you can buy it from
And it will not work w/the PCM out of the car... you have to have it in the car (it plugs into the DLC same place autotap plugs in)

Actually, you can tune it out of the car. But to do so, you will need to make your own tuning box and connectors...
