Surging issues

Surging issues I installed heads & a cam this weekend, and so far pretty good. The car idles good, but I have a slight surge between 1600-1900rpms in 1st-3rd gears. Also, when I come to a stop the car wants to die but doesnt...what can I do about that? TIA
Re: Surging issues Well don't know much about surging; my M6 with TR224 has never done it but you could try a higher RAF and a little less timing.
As far as the "want's to die coming to a stop" I have seen a lot of that. A faster idle, lower VE, higher RAF and larger TB hole helped mine with that, but mainly it "learns it's self out" with driving time. Every time I reset the PCM it has to learn it all over again.
