I hate electrical issues! I have the full access to the shop bays tonight. So no crawling we have a lift. Just maybe we can figure out why I have NO power to anything also.

that was a little more than i want to read, but it seems like definately a wiring problem. i get em all the time at my shop after a low budget body shop got done with it. those idiots will pinch wires all day. the lighting is not pcm related that will involve the bcm. separate problem and will not effect start up. could be a ground but if it runs good once its started i would doubt it. check wiring through cam sensor at the sensor and at the pcm. ohm your ground, look for more than .2 ohms. anything less is good.
