Going from a tr 224/224 561 114 to a 230/238 580ish/602 112 comp cam...what should I change?

Sorry if it is a tupid question, that's just me.

need a clue.

Raise the idle a little, decrease the VE a little, raise the rev limit some, check WOT AFR and timing to make sure it's still where it should be. If you didn't disable or desensitize Missfire detection before you will probably need to now. That's all I can think of at the moment.

Good suggestions. Before making any changes, check your Ltrims and get them right.
