Speed Linit in HP Tuners??

Speed Linit in HP Tuners?? Is there a limit of the speed read out in HP Tuners? or perhaps a limit on how its read from the car like the pulses per second or how ever its measured.
The reason I ask, is I done a WOT run in 5th gear, got to 158mph @ 5400rpm, I carried on till 5900rpm before coming off the gas, but my speed still said 158mph.
Hopefully its just a read out problem, the only other thing is perhaps a slipping clutch, but it seems to be fine in all other areas.
Log file in in the link, couldn't attach as too large. 158mph@5400rpm is at 35950. Revs keeps on going after that point. http://www.solent-renegades.co.uk/im...twick_home.zip
