Digital Can OBD2 & 1 Tool
Digital Can OBD2 & 1 Tool Ok, here is the deal. I have a 95 Z28 Camaro. I just bought a Digital Can OBD2 & 1 Tool. It does not want to communicate with the computer. After reading the book, it does not list my car in the 95. It lists the camaro and firebird in the 94 and before but not the 95. Do you know if there is an adapter for this? The guys at Kragen cannot figure it out till Monday when the customer service people for the guys who made the tuner get in. Does anyone know a way around this so I don't have to wait till Monday? They are pretty sure there is an adapter to get around it, but they won't know what it is till Monday. (if there is one at all)
(also, yes I did have a hypertech tune on it, but I returned it to stock, then unhooked the battery for about 10 minutes to make sure it went back)

yes 95 has to have a specific cable, could be obd2 comp or 0bd1 connector.
autoxrays has ablue cable for that been with theses guys for a whileand i had that same problem. lot of scanners dont handle that problem, check auto xrays.. it was that switch point between obd1 and 2, same as all can

My buddy has a '95 with the obd2 DLC and obdi PCM. If the scanner you bought has a standard obdi connector on it try this: http://shbox.com/1/xraycable.jpg won't hurt to try. If it works maybe you can just buy an adapter for the DLC.
