Problems with HP Tuners. Help. :) ok, we tried to hook my car up to pull alittle timing out,
the scanner works fine, but when we try to tune it goes to prepare the ECM, then kicks it back with a failed alert.
any ideas?

Contacting support at hptuners.com with a screenshot of the error you are seeing as well as a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle in question would probably be your best course of action.
