drive by wire help!

drive by wire help! hey guys whats up
anyways i'm putting a ls1 in my 240sx but the motor i have is a 01 camaro ls1 but has the ls2 intake on it with the drive by wire setup
I know the length to the sensor are different along with alot of other things
just wondering if this would work
get a harness for a ls1 vette with drive by and use with the vette ecu
are the plugs different between the cars on the tb and the pedal??
i've got the the pedal and all that for the gto also
if the plugs are different can i just switch the connectors on the harness on the tb and pedal to make it work
