P0171 and P0174 +25

P0171 and P0174 +25 ok, so i brought my car out from the winter hibernation, and was clear, no check engine lights.
drove it work, then to get it in spected,on the way to the shop, i get a SES light... its code P0174...
get the code deleted, drive around, come back later, on my way, another code..
this time both P0171 and P0174 ... i know it means banks 1 and 2 are lean...
put a scanner on it and the LTFT for both banks sit at 25% at idle... i know ne thing over 23 gives the SES code.
what are my options... how do i fix this! my car is 4 months past due for inspection and i'm dying to start the new season of mods, but i need to pass first!
